    I just saw this thread and hope it helps me to stay consistent. This is a very 'bad' old habit that returned this past winter after some grueling physical and emotional stuff. I have been off and on...I eat well all day hitting my Macros only to blow it all up in the evening when I'm not hungry.

    Went out for Asian food, early B-Day celebration. Had some peanuts about 1 1/2 hours after the meal. Counting this as a mindless snack. Looking back, ate them,was not hungry, had them because they were there.
