Good group with some recipe threads is here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group. Good for general information on switching to low carb too, and people with open diaries.

I used to read a lot of paleo food sites, but not recently and I really don't recall how low carb they were, but they might give you ideas. https://stupideasypaleo.com/ and http://nomnompaleo.com/

Lots of low carb food blogs too, although I don't really use them much yet so don't know the best ones to recommend.

So there is some anecdotal evidences that either gluten/lactose free may help, but there isn't any testing to prove these out. They didn't help, nor did paleo work for my wife and she has a pretty bad case.

    What did help:

    Medical Intervention
Beta blockers; before we got pregnant, she started Systolic which was working great; metoprolol worked well, too
Sodium Chloride Infusions (1L bag) - She gets this every week and has been the best thing for her condition

    Diet
    10,000mg of sodium a day
    Frequent meals

    Supplements
    Prescription potassium
Supplement with magnesium - Life Extensions is highly rated from labdoor.com

    Training
Weight training (increases blood flood); particularly, I train my wife with the core 4 lifts (Squat, Deadlift, OHP, Bench (incline because she can't lay flat)).

    What didn't improve things:

    Gluten Free
    Lactose Free
    Paleo

We still have to try low carb, but that will be postpartum
