I dont like plain greek yog but do like the greek style honey yog OR ad honey to plain greek yog.

I only use it in my breakfast oats though with oats, grated apple and frozen cherries/blackberries/pomegranate

You can use regular Yogurt in place of Greek in any recipe. If it's a dressing or sauce, you might add extra lquid gradually because you might a tablespoon less. Regular Yogurt is not as thick.

I've been enjoying Chobani yogurt in tubes (made for kids). Fifty calories, 5 grams of protein, and nice and portable.

Try dannon light n fit Greek. Yummy. Vanilla with chopped fresh berries is a dessert treat. Add extra protein powder if needed.

I had this for breakfast. Sans protein powder but avec lite Cool Whip. :D

All Greek yogurts are not created equal. Chobani is disgusting. Dannon Light and Fit Greek is delicious. Plain yogurt is not my thing no matter what the brand. Vanilla is very sweet, it's better with a mix in. The banana cream and strawberry cheesecake are my favorite.
