Day 1. Hello from NZ :-)

Hi MFP Community. Im a lady in my 40s from NZ who recently saw herself in a full length mirror and decided, enough! I lost about 3.5 - 4kg in the last 5 weeks or so but am now stuck. The changes I made in that time - eat 3 meals a day before 7pm, fresh food prepared at home. (My diet was very high in sugar & included takeaways often... oh & mmmm chocolate! :-) Im also a bit of a couch potato.) Im enjoying looking around MFP today & have started tracking.:-)

Hi. Fellow Kiwi in her 40s here. I don't track often, just the 2 days a week when I fast on 800 cal. 15kg down so far. Welcome.1
