Is the Greek god body the most attractive male body known to mankind?

I have been reading a lot about Greek god bodies and many state online that it is the most attractive body as it places its emphasis on upper chest muscle and shoulder development with abs .
I have seen some Greek god statues online and yes they are very attractive
I would therefore like to hear from the forum members on thier views of the Greek God body .

As long as they don't forget leg day entirely.10

Not to me. I prefer climber's bodies - more lean.0

Fantasy bodies the ideal body?
no.
I really love swimmer bodies- and any body with a nice a** and a good back.
A good back to me is an indicator of a total body athlete.5 -
Dionysus or Zeus?
Also, Renaissance Greek? or Classical Greek Greek?5 -
Hmmm. Lot of "it's not a real body" responses here. lol
IMO, the typical body shown with Greek Statues and represented by many Greek gods are fully obtainable by the vast majority of men and women without chemical assistance. I think they represent a more realistic goal than many of the more current "living" examples we see in fitness and bodybuilding mags today.5 -
An example of what you're referring to would be helpful. You mean like this?
(I had to look for one with no male bits exposed )

Eh, bit beefy for my taste. I prefer a more slender frame if we're talking aesthetics.
Just don't forget leg day.

The Discobolus isn't a god of course; he's an athlete. To me he doesn't look all that different from modern athletes who engage in the same kind of sports.
Or maybe he might as well be a god. Ancient Greeks depicted their gods as idealized, athletic young men -- if they were supposed to be older you just slapped a beard onto their faces -- and it wouldn't be too surprising if sculptors worked from life at least occasionally.1 -
Nah, they have micro penises.10

Perhaps they just look small because the muscles are SO big.2 -

This was intentional. Large penises were traditionally viewed as disgusting, which is why you would often see images of demons and devils with disproportionately massive meatbats.11 -
His lats are fine, just insert a little high.
As for the question...dunno...won't stop me trying to attain the look regardless of the answer.2 -
Too hairless for my tastes...3

I've just been reading an article about how classical sculptures reinforce racism and white supremacy.
Worth considering, how our view of no-longer painted sculptures helps to reinforce a 'white-is-pure' ideal.
edited to add - the use of white marble to carve many of the sculptures (or at least the ones that remain, others may have been terracotta and bronze and have not survived) was most likely due to the fact that it is a readily available material easy to carve.1 -
