How much cardio should i do to lose fat/weight?
I go to the gym 5 times a week, doing cardio & strength training.
i normally do 10-15 mins cardio/warm up on the treadmill ( speed walk + running )
then the other 45-50 mins i do strength training.
p.s. Any suggestions on strength workouts ( chest, back, arms, legs, etc )

Circuit training works great to lose weight. Mixes cardio with weights. Best of both worlds. Google for beginner programs.0

You lose weight through a caloric deficit.
Weights to maintain muscle and aesthetics.
Cardio for heart health.
Please find the stickie "what weight lifting program is best for me" in the fitness section. Follow a good plan.2 -
How much should you do? As much as you want, within reason. Exercise isn't required for weight loss, but it will make you feel and look a lot better.
As for lifting, a good full-body program is your best bet. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you2
