Nothing wrong with having your own thread! Of course, people will want to know more about how you did it. Looks like you did some hard work.

You did that in 12 weeks???!!! That is phenomenal. It looks like you not only leaned out, but put on a huge amount of muscle mass.

Ty guys, was doing the bodybuilding. Com 12 week transformation contest where the winner got 100k, I didn't win but was happy with my results. I lifted weights once a day but done two one hour sessions of steady state cardio on the stairmaster. Followed a low carb keto diet consisting of chicken, fish, Turkey and lean beef, I ate egg whites as my side's, no carbs except a bannana after my lifting session

As I mentioned above I'm floored by your transformation....and I just have to ask.... (please, please, please don't be offended. I really don't want to offend you or belittle the massive amount of work and sacrifice you evidently put in)...was there any 'juice' involved? If not, I am doubly floored by the amount of muscle mass you put on. Did your weight change at all? Up? Down?

I'm also curious. To lose 20 pounds of fat and add 30+ pounds of lean muscle is .... "unusual" to say the least. It's a bit more than "unusual" to do so in 3 months.

Photo looks convincing as far as the stats. As far as the time length, notice the date behind him in the before photo. I am willing to bet he has several other photos for verification for the challenge. It's on par with Body for Life challenge before/after photos.

I belong to BB.com and also to Meso-RX. Those results are more in line with what you see on Meso-RX... is all I'm saying. ;)

Yes sir I have plenty of photos with the time stamp in the back ground, I personally have nothing against steroid use but did not use because it was a natural competition and supposedly they test the winners but not sure they did

Post a new photo without your arm concealing your lower belly. Is there anything loose there?

Your progress is truly amazing then. Hats off to you. You are going to be having people hitting you up left and right to get your advice on how to achieve the same thing. Again, I hope I didn't offend you by asking.

His profile pic is without the arm and there does not look to be any loose skin that I can see. He looks great!
