This is my first time doing a challenge.
Reading all of your posts has been very inspiring.
I have been carrying an extra 30-40 pounds for too many years now...probably around 8
This time, I'm going to do it
One day at a time :-)

my aim is to track all calories every day
walk 45 mins at least 5 times a week
do plenty of stretches
and stomach crunches and some free weights...2 -
Turns out I did weigh myself on Monday afterall! Start weight on Mon 6/19: 75.7
Goal weight: 68kgs overall. I'd love to be 72kgs by end of this challenge (1/2 kilo a week loss ish...)
