    Was doing well, and then some seriously bad food choices yesterday. Goal for the rest of the week is to recover and offset that bad day!

    my aim is to track all calories every day
    walk 45 mins at least 5 times a week
    do plenty of stretches
    and stomach crunches and some free weights...

    Turns out I did weigh myself on Monday afterall! Start weight on Mon 6/19: 75.7
    Goal weight: 68kgs overall. I'd love to be 72kgs by end of this challenge (1/2 kilo a week loss ish...)
