I am new and joining in late but I really need an accountability group so here we go....

Commitment: Starting now, I will limit oil to 2 teaspoons per day, only when needed. I will also eat cheese once per week on Friday and I am set to work out (cardio and abs) at least 4x week, ideally 5x, in the morning. I will get to the gym at 10am M-TH and one more in the weekend.5 -

But I'm on vacation over the 4th so it will be hard.
Longer term, going for 190 by xmas.. If I can get to 200 by September that would be tremendous.

I have been good and continued with workouts/classes 6 days a week and eating between 1200 and 1800 calories a day

6/19: 200.8 an improvement, so I'm happy about that! Doing Insanity, trying to eat balanced meals and watch my water intake as well.
6/26: 197.6 It was actually lower two days ago, but I made a few choices that I know I can adjust. So far I'm doing well and trying to stay consistent with my food intake.

I would like to share a couple of things to keep in mind while celebrating. 1. calories in drinks add up fast. 2. fill your plate with a rainbow of foods. 3. Enjoy the people and the activities more than the food.2

Forgot to post on Monday. I had a family reunion and ate whatever I wanted. I'm lucky it wasn't higher. I'm adjusting to a new schedule and haven't gotten my exercise in like usual so I may not lose as fast as I was but I'm still losing. Hope everyone is doing well!2 -

Goal weight: 68kgs overall. I'd love to be 72kgs by end of this challenge (1/2 kilo a week loss ish...)

I do like that everyone is weighing in and then stating what might of caused the scale to go up. We state this not as an excuse but as I did this and I have learned I need to change this and I own up to only I can change it. Herring causes me to retain water but water weight is not fat weight. I pee a lot the next day. I only eat it a couple a times per year so I am good with that. I will change the size jar I buy.2
