7/24. I hope to hit goal next week for 12.2 loss so far 10. Working super hard and I'm on vacation this week too !!! I had not one drink and stayed on plan all weekend. Meal planned and exercising everyday before boating and floating with friends... yup super hard drinking my seltzer water instead of cocktails on the lake . I'm in it to win this battle of the bulge once and for all. Going to workout now4 -

6/19: 200.8 an improvement, so I'm happy about that! Doing Insanity, trying to eat balanced meals and watch my water intake as well.
6/26: 197.6 It was actually lower two days ago, but I made a few choices that I know I can adjust. So far I'm doing well and trying to stay consistent with my food intake.
7/3: 199 I was holding at 197 for about 3 days and then over ate one day and here we are. Surprised that I jumped up this much, but hopefully will go back down again.
7/10: 196.8 Alright. Bit by bit.
7/17: 197.4 went down to 195 and then had two bad days in a row and was back up and 198. Finally headed back down. Remember, Popeye's chicken is bad....one more week to go.

Okay, challenge friends, I was on a fly-fishing vacation in New York State's Adirondack Mountains, so I missed the July 17th weigh in. I was active, but my daily step count wasn't accurate because I didn't wear my Fitbit in the water when I fished.
Eating out every day was difficult, to say the least. Everything came mounded with carbs - French Fries, bread, Baked Potatoes, Sweet Potato Fries. And some restaurants weren't quite so willing to substitute vegetables for fries, for example- so while I stuck to my diet of Low Carbs I wasn't able to precisely track my caloric intake as I have in the past.
So tomorrow is the big day. Good luck to everyone. And, yes, I would be up for another challenge.
