    One tablespoon half & half, one Splenda.
    I almost always add cinnamon to my coffee grounds, too.

    No sugar - just enough Half & Half to color the coffee. On weekends I add enough Half & Half for my stick blender to make it foamy and then I microwave it to get it steamy and then add my coffee on top of it.

    Creamer doesn't seem to exist in Europe! In fact, I just had to do a quick google and have now learnt something new. Can I ask, what function does the creamer actually play? Is it to sweeten or to add a new flavour? I am a bit confused!

    I am a coffee addict though and will go for a dash of semi-skimmed milk with perhaps half a teaspoon of sugar. I do love a bit of condensed milk in a weekend coffee as a real treat though!
