50/50 = push ups / jump-squats for 30 days!

Hello!

I have set this goal for myself to integrate in sets of 10 either all together or spread out into my day.

10 push ups (tricep focus (chaturanga-style), or wide)
10 jumps (squats or tucks or star jumps)

Repeated 5 Xs.

This is in addition to a yoga practice (30-90 minutes) in the morning (60) and at night (30) and either a hike or a run of distance 4 to 6 miles per day.

My overall goal is to strengthen my body and in the process loose the excess.

By the end of the year I would like to be able to do a handstand easily... without falling over!
