Keto/low carb

So is there anyone on here that is doing a low carb diet/keto etc that has been doing it for 10/15+ yrs. I am curious to hear how your health is now after you have been doing the diet so long?

I have a big amount of weight to lose and am interested in doing it because of my health problems but have also heard there are dangers such as kidney stones,liver problems etc. Can anyone share their experiences with me?
