Been at this for well over a week. I don't have any CRAVINGS. Which is weird as hell for me. I am doing higher fat than carbs. Yesterday I was really good with my carbs, compared to how I have been but ooo, yesterday is really when I felt the difference of not eating carbs. I am not craving bread and thankfully never a big pasta eater. I will weigh myself on Wednesday and see what I have lost if anything. I bought Zumba DVDS on Amazon for 16 bucks, will be doing that as well....0
