Hey guys, I've been pescetarian for a few months now, probably around 5. I am 5'0.75" F 22, currently 132 lbs and want to be 110 lbs.

Here are my macros:
* 1200 kcal
* 25g Carbohydrates
* 80g Protein (60g min, 99g max)
* 87g Fat (39g min, 111g max)

Will the keto diet be doable as a pescetarian?

    That all seems a little bit drastic to me. If you look like that in the picture then I would say 110 is too little, imho. Check out this seafood chart and there is an app too with Seafood Watch, love them. www.seafoodwatch.org/seafood-recommendations/consumer-guides

    It's doable. I've seen keto vegetarians even. It's the keto vegans that have the toughest time but I've seen a few do it.

    Do you also eat dairy and eggs? If so it should be fairly easy to rely on seafood for your main protein.
