My goal is 7500 steps a day, as I have a sedentary job and like to go for bike rides, too. I'm determined to up my step count this month!!

well I'm new to tracking my steps. I've been very inactive in the past. right now my goal is 5000 a day. I notice people s goals are much higher. I try to add a little everyday. As of right now at 7:50 I'm at 6595. I'm sure I'll get more before I go to bed. Hope this doesn't keep me out of the challenge.1
