Joining late, but I can't resist this challenge. LNS is the bane of my life. I'm going to count LNS as any food consumed past 9.30, except on Thursdays (late home) where I'll shift that to 10.

Hi all - I'm late to join. Not a great month so far, but I can turn it around. I've just been doing too much snacking in general (day and night...). I am going to try to check in daily instead of every few days to keep myself accountable.

I've been gone for a while, since I really had my snacking under control. But summer BBQs, vacation, camping all bring new temptations.

I'm away this weekend so need my game head on or my weight will go back up. ... and that is not a good thing.

My partner and I decided to create our LNS more difficult by making whoever goes back to the kitchen after 8pm do an exercise depending on what we're eating (we have very consistent snacks haha) 20 pushups or cereal, 1m plank for toast & pb, etc.

I'm so sorry I haven't been on the board. I was out of town for almost a week and the past 2 days was catching up with things. Today was my first day back at work from vacation. I lost track so restarted as of yesterday.
