ok here we go again. You choose your activity whether you Walk, run, jog, bike or something else that gives you miles. You choose your goal and come as often as you can too log your progress....

Barely got my 300k in last month. Will up it to 350k this month! Cruise is only 1.5 months away!!!!0

SO FAR got in morning walk of 3.0 miles. Rain has set in. In hopes of a late evening walk but only time will tell!1

Well joining in a little late. I crushed my step goal last month, and I don't really want to push past where I am. So I am going to do a timed amount of running. I am trying to be able to run a 7k in September in under an hour. If I can keep up my running pace for a whole hour I could do it. So aiming for 10 hours total running time.

We have had rain for a week now. It has been difficult too get in two walks a day which I would have loved doing. It is Raining as I type even.....!!!!! However I have managed some kind of walk. They are calling for rain too stop by Saturday. We'll see..
