    I have begun writing my weigh-ins on the box.

    Very cool, please post pics with your weigh-ins as time goes by. I bet that will help motivate you also.

    This really is a brilliant idea! I've got all kinds of *mental* images of the rewards I'm going to buy myself when I get a X goal, but that's a lot different than actually having it right there in my house waiting for me. Staring at a forbidden box every day might activate my natural impatience and give me the push I need to get over the 3 lb up/down I've been at for a while.

    Now to figure out something that I want bad enough. I'm not gonna lie, If I go with bunch of little things rather than one big item, there might be a tube of Oreos in there. hah

    Oh, and congrats on getting to 366! Less than 20 lbs to go before the big day!

    having a tough week this week. Cant seem to get below 365 and I keep bouncing around. Ill give it another week until changes have to occur.
