Cardio Resistance Training - Daily?

Hi Everyone, quick question! I've been doing a CRT circuit (5-10 min warm up, 10 resistance machines (considered full body workout), 10-20 min cardio, 5 min cool down) for several months now.

I've always wondered, would it be more efficient to do this and do 2 rounds of the machines in one workout and workout every second day, or, do the circuit with one round of the machines on consecutive days? Would I be hurting myself doing this workout everyday (4-5 times a week?)
