After highschool I was almost 300lbs, I lost 150lbs and went down to 150, I was 18-19 at the time, it just melted off, I went on a super strict diet and exercised routinely.
Once I got with my gf(current wife) I gained weight and went up to 205. I lost weight again and went down to 165 with some muscle.
Flash forward 4 years and 2 kids later I slowly but surely went up to 233. I was shocked when I saw the scale. I've been working out when I can and eating significantly healthier and lighter for a week now. I'm trying to lead my kids into a healthier lifestyle.
I've had significant back and side pain since I've gained weight and a massive loss of energy to the point I couldn't play with my kids.
Time for a change
