my name says it all0

Besides ice cream I can't stop myself with brownies. I bake a pan and they are gone in two days--all by myself. I make them once a year.0

Fruit, actually... and bread.0

My biggest downfall is potato chips... Even buying the fat free Ruffles... I thought I could limit myself.. HA! Not bloody likely...0
-
really good pickles0

I am munching on some pistachio nuts right now and that's a good alternative for me.
Not for me...
Nuts, and most of all pistachio's are the kind of food that I can't resist once I start eating them.
Or in fact: they are the kind of food I only should eat when I would be able to really mindfully do it: Concentrating on the taste, the texture... enjoying them...
When I start mindlessly snacking nuts, I can't stop anymore...0 -
Cookies (any kind) ice cream, pizza !0
-
Jaffa cakes or fruit shortcake biscuits. I could happily scarf down a tonne of those.0

CHOCOLATE
chicken chips
almonds sometimes.
so i stay away from the first two when I am being a saint....which will begin again in August!
almonds I just try having only 6 or so.0 -
Chocolate!!!!! or Donuts....!!! my inner demons!0

I'll second the peanut butter. I'm not buying it anymore..... and I don't even need to lose weight. Those jars whisper to me from the pantry :-/0
-
Tic Tacs lol, sounds pretty insignificant but a whole box has over 100 calories...so I just don't by them anymore.Cause then, I get hungry anyways PLUS I smell too minty
Oh and guacamole & dried dates .0 -
I defo have a few but I'm gonna say birthday cake. If we have it I just want a piece. My own birthday is in two weeks. I've asked for a smaller cake lol.0
-
Potato chips - I also loe candy - any candy - chocolate as well0
-
Nutella, it's actually a banned substance in my house along with Peanut Butter the crunchy variety0

Penne Rigate
This. Literally, the only pasta I've allowed myself since February is what might be contained in a lean cuisine or similar. The reasoning is ---- I can't go back for more that way. I haven't trusted myself to control the portion size if I actually make a package of pasta. I'm actually not missing it as much as I would have thought -- out of sight, out of mind!0 -
Birthday cake. The icing is addicting...0
-
I second that! Nutella should be banned in my house too. It's heavenly but dangerous if it's in front of me0
-
Doritos and Salsa, addictive. Used to be Peanut butter for me, too, but I have trained myself to resist.0
