Lose it 10 pounds at a time. There's a great blog on MFP by The Movie Chair, a woman with the same weight loss goal as yours. You might look up her blog for inspiration.

I have a medical problem as well as a control problem, so I stopped eating trigger foods. Many people learn moderation (more power to them), and feel deprived otherwise, which can lead to binging, but I do better if I don't eat trigger foods at all or keep them in the house.

I have some treats every day, meaning something with fat and sugar -- which for me means almonds, walnuts, and olives and avocado in my salads and some fruit. Everybody is different -- you will have to work this out for yourself -- but don't leave out treats. Think of it as a lifestyle, not a diet.

Drinking water really helps me, too.
