    Total loss for August : 0.4 so far

    Not sure what's going on; I weigh daily to track fluctuations for my own need to see numbers & charts. ALL week not a single weight higher than 174.5, with a few at 173.something. Weigh-in day & I'm back up to 175. Slow & steady wins the race I guess. Slow indeed.

    Aug 14th 157.6 (+.8) :/ I stayed within my calorie limit and exercised 5 days. Bummed.
