How to Spread Snacks Throughout the Day

I don't have a big breakfast - usually just a punnet of fruit at the moment (about 100-150 kcal). Not that I couldn't eat a bigger one but I find I do just fine with a smaller amount in the morning and so I have more leeway with snacks.0

This may be ridiculous, but maybe your snacks aren't boring enough. For me, if I knew chips, which I love, were close by I'd eat them - right away. Fruit, veggies, hard boiled eggs, etc. aren't "thrilling" enough for me to gobble them up before they're scheduled.2

For me anyway, eating is only have actually physical hunger and the rest, of course, is mental. As others have suggested, boredom task avoidance are real possibilities. Try to get to the bottom of it in your mind.
Also, maybe try to find a likeminded co-worker who wouldn't mind serving as your accountability partner for at work lunch and snacks. Accountability, if done correctly, works wonders.0
