We don't have creamer in Australia, our coffee/tea comes white (with milk) or black, these are our only options.
I'm a Brit in the US and I was firmly in the milk camp. I changed up to almond milk for the calorie save. I find half and half or cream or creamer in coffee kinda grossly rich.1 -

I looove homemade coconut milk! I never found coconut milk at the stores as plentiful as the one I make at home. I suggest you try that :-)0 -

I'm American. I started out using milk in my coffee, but switched to half and half because it is richer than milk.0 -
A tub of Half-n-Half is 15 calories. Coffee Mate is 25. Hazelnut flavor is 30. Those, and peppermint flavor, are my choices at my workplace. Just because I can I have one each day in my last cup of coffee for the day. 'Tis a triviality.0
-
I'll put 2-3 drops of peppermint oil or other flavor extract into the coffee filter to add flavor. Choosing a coffee with sweet flavor (like highlander grog, vanilla hazelnut, caramel, etc) might be an option for you, too.0

I drink 110 calories of coffee with half and half and sugar free Torani syrup, or almond milk, every day. Half and half (20 calories a tablespoon x 4 = 80) in the morning. In the afternoon, I'll put 2 or 3 shots of espresso in a tall glass with a cup of almond milk (30 calories, I think) and add ice. That's a total of 110 calories, but I won't give up coffee that I like.0

Y'know, after 40 years of drinking cream and sugar in my coffee, this time I decided it was time for me to learn to drink it black. The first half cup was torture, but by the time I got to the bottom I was kind of liking it. And now, 3 weeks later, I am REALLY liking having between 100 and 300 "extra" calories per day to play with. It's a psychological boost too... like, hey, look at me drinking black coffee with the big kids. LOL.4

I use original "So Delicious" coconut creamer (20 cals) with a teaspoon of agave light (5 cals). Only 1g of sugar total!0
-
I only drink iced coffee so I usually put a scoop of protein powder and 1/2 a cup of almond milk in mine.0

a month ago I decided to just drink a cup black.....finished and it wasn't awful. Now its the only way I drink it. I didnt start drinking black on purpose though. I had walked downstairs with my cup forgetting to add milk and sweetener and was just too tired to go back upstairs to get it.
Now I notice the quality of the coffee i drink though. Better coffee is so much easier to drink black.3 -
I generally only drink black coffee. However, if I decide I want something sweet and creamy, I add an ounce or two of a premier protein shake to my coffee. It's lower in calories, carbs and fat than creamers and sugar, and higher in protein. I think it tastes pretty good too. (Take that with a grain of salt, because I really like my coffee black).0

2 tbsp 2% milk and my favorite sweeter (liquid sucralose drops); if the coffee itself is not the greatest roast, i'll add a spash of vanilla extract. 15 cals.
Why didn't I think of that??? Good idea.
Have a Pal who uses Mini Moo's and a sprinkle of Sweet N Low. Didn't do it for me, though. But vanilla extract, I'm trying that.
To imitate all those flavored coffees - I actually have a collection of extracts. I use an eyedropper because they're potent, but at the store i've found not only vanilla, but butter pecan, coconut, creme de menthe, fruit flavors. Lots to experiment with! Really helps with the bad coffee at work! Most of the flavoring syrups they put in fancy lattes at coffee shops are basically the same concept: flavor extract + sugar water = flavor syrup.1 -

Thanks DKG28. Good to know.0 -

Works for flavoring greek yogurt too. The strawberry, cherry, and cocoa extracts are my favorite!1 -
That was the one thing I struggled to give up! I looooooovvvveeee my creamers, even kept the Mini IDs in my bag to use at work. I finally found something that fills the bill for me, it's not a lot less calories but only 3g carbs and 1g sugar. I make a small pitcher at a time with 1 can coconut milk, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 3 tsp Truvia. It comes pretty close to the creaminess of the fake stuff. I have used it in coffee and smoothies! I'm going to try other extracts as I make new mixes.0

I use chocolate almond milk or vanilla almond milk0

I just drink black, If im craving sweet ill mix my coffee in with a tea bag -I love chocolate chai coffee- And sometimes a little sweetner. Gives it enough flavor to satisfy the cravings. Black is still king for me though, If i drink a double double now its way to sweet. Super occasional treat is 1N1 lol0

I had the same issue. I tried the different methods mentioned (different, lo cal creamers, flavors etc). I finally found a coffee that I think tastes amazing black with nothing in it. I drink the black during the week and treat myself to my favorite creamer on the weekend (one cup, one day).0

I use the Walden Farms zero calorie creamers. I cannot do without my coffee, and I tried but failed to enjoy it black. About a tablespoon of the Walden Farms does the trick, with no fat/calories/sugar/carbs.0

I have coffee with 3 tablespoons of sugar free Coffeemate Hazelnut creamer. Each tablespoon is 15 calories, I don't add sugar nor milk as it is sweet enough with the creamer. Total calories for my daily cup is 45 calories without compromising the taste.0
