Breakfast sharing please!!

3-5 egg whites (depends on what I'm having with it) and 2 slices of bread and coffee. If I'm having turkey bacon I only have 3 egg whites. I meal prep so it's easier for me to cook breakfast the night before.
Another quick breakfast is the egg "muffins". Those are easy and you can make with whatever you like. 2 in a zip lock and it's ready to go all week.0 -
I typically have 2 soft-boiled eggs, leftover veggies from dinner the night before, and 1/2 a grapefruit along with coffee (w/Truvia and skim milk).0
