    I love me some raw carrots, cucumbers and fruits as much as any card-carrying Vegan (I literally eat pounds of each when bulking), but seriously, screw having it make up the entirety of my diet. I have gotten my best results (in lifts and measured health outcomes) by also incorporating things like boiled potatoes, full fat dairy, eggs, chicken, fish, etc.
