Aug 1 - swam 1600 yrds = .9 miles & ran 1.7 miles = 2.6 miles
Aug 3 - rode 9 miles & ran .2 miles
Aug 4 - ran 1.8 miles
Aug 6 - walked 2.2 miles
Aug 7 - rode 7 miles & ran .2 miles
Aug 8 - ran 2.6 miles

Actually made the pool for a total of 2.4 km today, making the monthly total 4.7 km
Added another .66 miles walked to make that total 7.5 mi0 -
4 mile hike today which brings me to a total of 34.74 miles for August.....only 15.26 left to go.0

August 1st thru 5th = 16.25 miles total, treadmill and dvd tapes
August 6th = 3.25 miles..........total so far = 19.5 miles
August 7th = 3.00 miles
