I want to lose 25 lbs. That's my first goal. Once I get there I will see if I want to lose more. My goal weight is 125 lbs. I'm only 4'11 though so it's high for my height.

At 5'5 and 248, want to get to 120-130 so 118-128 lbs to lose for me.

Total? 138 to lose half my starting weight. It's about 16 more lbs.

I don't have an exact weight I'm looking for. I want something in healthy BMI that I feel good about. I'm guessing about 120lb, that was my comfort weight before I started on BC which made me gain 15lbs and than I kinda gave up. I've lost 8lbs and have 21lbs to go that means. I plan on going a little lower than I want to maintain so I can figure out my food without worrying too much about gain. Healthy weight for me is between 98 and 132

12 to 13 pounds to get to back to 100. I'd also like to get my body fat percentage which the scale tells me is 30% down to the low 20s. I'm a little under 5'2".

It sounds like nothing, but it's hard.

Body Composition is a better gauge. BMI can be misleading depending on your muscle mass. http://www.humankinetics.com/excerpts/excerpts/normal-ranges-of-body-weight-and-body-fat

I understand. I'm about 5'2" and I can't carry too much weight. I'm 112 and because of fat distribution and fat percentage. I look ungainly. When I was younger, I weighed much less. I was more active, had a faster metabolism and had more willpower.

109 lbs total, so I have another 101 to go! Seems so far away. Trying to make it day by day and not give up.

This is mostly true for men. It would be a very small percentage of women who could have a BMI outside the healthy range and a healthy BF%.

And BF% is a lot harder to measure. Even the most accurate methods have an margin of error. And most people rely on cheap methods.

I am 5'9", 154 pounds, 25 years old. I'd like to get to 140 safely. I was in law school the last three years and recently took the bar exam. Between studying and working part time, I was always on the go and really gave up on a healthy lifestyle. Now that I'm done with school, I want to make a permanent change. Started up last Monday and I'm committed to reaching my goal!

Goal is 110lbs ultimately. 40 down, 70 to go.

I've gained 20 on antidepressants, so I'd like to take off 20. I'd be happy enough with 15 though.

I've lost 122 pounds so far and have about 50 more pounds to go to get into the healthy BMI range for my height.

I've got 4 lb to go and no idea if I'll keep going. The past week has seen several pounds lost. The past month has seen me lose about 1 or 2 inches around my saggy saggy torso. Seriously. A month ago I could cinch this belt to the 3rd hole. Now I can cinch it to the 5th hole. It's not completely comfortable in the 5th hole, but I may need to get a smaller belt if things keep up like this for another month.

My goal is more body fat percentage than a weight. I want my bf% below 25%. I started around 32% and am now around 27-28% so slowly but surely I'm getting there.

    I'll re-evaluate when I get there
