Desk job, IT. I love the work, but sitting at a computer all day definitely is a hindrance to weight management and fitness. I still make healthy choices but having to work around all the hours sitting in not a plus.0

Author and freelance writer. I basically set my own schedule, which makes getting in workout time at least three days a week relatively easy.0

childrens Nurse. i did love it but not anymore, *kitten* hours always hinder my weight loss as i end up eating sweets and cake on a night shift, so i just left to spend more time with my family and i hope to retrain in fitness and nutrition to prevent disease rather than treat it.0

I'm an x-ray tech. I love it!! When I'm busy it works with my goals, when I'm super slow, like right now, I guess it is ok....I end up walking in place while reading so I can at least get my steps in. We get free lunches sometimes, so I watch my portions, but then we also get free Starbucks, Sonic drinks, cookies, cupcakes, cakes, bundt cakes, donuts, bagels, etc....sooooo.....it really works out my will power more1

I am a full time mother and an on call substitute teacher. I love both. And they both help get me up and moving around. Teaching means sitting down maybe once or twice and walking the Halls over and over.
You look very familiar
Uh oh. Is that good or bad?0 -
