The wonderful thing about our bodies is that they naturally cleanse. You don't need to do anything at all, it just happens. Who would have thought.
Eat at a deficit. Log and track your food. Actual food.8 -
STOP.5

There's absolutely no reason to do a cleanse. Quit the nonsense and start eating actual food at a calorie deficit.6
-
I agree with all the other responses. You're probably miserable... there's no way I could do that. Best of luck with whatever you decide.4

Type your current statistics and weight loss goals into MyFitnessPal. Count your calories, and eat at a deficit. You will lose weight. The cleanse you are trying out will torture you with headaches, crankiness, fatigue, and, I would guess, watery bowel movements. Sounds to me like 10 days of a living hell. Oh, and when you are done it is very likely that you will gain back the weight quickly. But you're an adult and can make whatever choice suits your fancy. It's a fad diet without a long-term weight loss outcome.7

It's not hate.
OP is doing something completely unnecessary. They don't have to torture themselves to lose weight. Cleanses are scientifically proven to be useless. They're a combo of laxatives, diuretics and fibre....12 -
You're starving while drinking a concoction specifically designed to irritate your digestive system and cause diarrhea. It's not a cleanse, it's self abuse. No wonder you feel like hell.
Think about it - If you woke up ill, couldn't eat for days and spent a whole bunch of time on the toilet feeling like hell, you'd be concerned, right? Maybe even see a doctor? So what the heck makes it "healthy" when you plan for it and do it deliberately???21 -
What's up with glorified laxative abuse? Big laxative just wants you to have to rely on them to be able to go for the rest of your lives. Fun.8

@Alatariel75 is spot on!!
Op - please stop drinking this. If the immediate adverse symptoms alone can't convince you that this is not doing your body any favours please consider the implications to your gut micro-biome. Cleanses can truly mess very badly with this very important part of your body for a long time.

Also, there was this great post in a now deleted thread from a guy who did the master cleanse and woke up in the middle of the night, in the process of spraying himself, his bed, and his girlfriend with liquid faeces.
Just think about that for a sec.9 -

Do you know what the Master Cleanse is?
And if so, you still think it's a good idea for somebody to be doing and you advocate for it?7 -
Ugh. The only reason for a cleanse is the prep before a colonoscopy. (Must confess I got a little thrill from the 3 pound weight loss, but that didn't last.)
If whatever you're doing is causing a headache, then that's a clue.1 -

Is there such a term as a Brown-Knighting?
If not, there should be.
OP, please reconsider. What you are doing is completely unnecessary and potentially dangerous.16 -
The headache is most likely from dehydration.5
-
Tip: Eat some food, ditch the cleanse. Especially if it's giving you a headache.2

Glad to hear you've decided against continuing! Are you now able to 'process' food properly again? Make sure you stay well hydrated over the next few days as your body gets back to normal.4
