I am in too. I just joined 6 days ago so am just starting out - learning how to track my calories, setting up activity trackers, etc. I weigh in on Wednesdays and I have an MFP blog. I'll keep checking back here to chime in with everyone who's joined this challenge! Looking forward to chatting with everyone.2

that's pretty much my biggest goal. well, 30lbs by my 32nd birthday (january 8, 2018). maybe i'll make it 32 by 325

I lost 5lb last week and was excited to begin to get 30 pounds off by Christmas. The weekend came and I was not as strict eating my protein. Got on the scales this morning and had put 2 pounds back on. I pulled out my bike and rode 3 miles to the beach and back. It was good to find this group to keep me motivated.2

I just went for a late-night (I'm from Europe) run with Couch 2 10 K and yay! I didn't have to start from Week 1, but were able to keep up with Week 4. Not all is lost yet3
