I sauté them with a bit of garlic and then add some basalmic vinegar5

I love them grated raw with mayo and lemon juice.
Sauteed in bacon fat is lovely as well.0 -
I roast mine in the oven with turkey bacon, whole garlic (don't chop) and a little onion. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and rosemary. Coat with a little olive oil and bake at 400 for about 20 mins.
When not avoiding sugar...I roast turkey bacon and whole garlic with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar sprinkled on it. Extra Pepper and olive oil to season. same Bake time. This sort of reminds me of candied bacon or maple bacon.1 -
Blanche, cover with salt, pepper and a bit of muscat, grate some fresh parmesan over. (Now I want brussels sprouts. They are not in season though.)
Also: cut in halves (or quarters, depending on size), fry in a pan. Add curry mix and coconut milk. Serve with rice. Yum!1 -

I roast mine too. Put them on a foil lined baking sheet. Same temp and time. Half or quarter them if you want them tender crisp. If you want them crispy with brown bits and edges, slice them. I use olive oil, salt, pepper or other seasoning depending on my mood. It may sound strange but sometimes I will drizzle with balsamic vinegar before I serve. The sweet vinegar it great with the bitter sprouts.2 -
thinly sliced, sauteed in coconut oil, sprinkled with thai seasoning salt (added fresh thai basil is great)1

Yes, I cut them in halves or quarters depending on size. I love Balsamic, so I will try that too!!!0

I love skinnytaste recipes in general (haven't had a bad one from her yet) - this is what she has for brussel sprouts recipes:

Yes! I like to slice them so it's almost like they are shredded. I saute in garlic and bacon grease with salt and a little red pepper flake. So delicious!0 -
I get the french onion soup packets and then mix halved brussel sprouts, french onion soup powder(you might not use all of it at once) and olive oil, then bake in the oven at 375 until tender and slightly browned.1

Had some yesterday at a restaurant they were grilled then topped with grated parmesan, crispy bacon and balsamic...SOOOO GOOD!!0

Best thing ever:

You can, of course, make a healthier version using turkey bacon, but this is worth factoring calories into your day!0 -
I cut about 9 ones in half, then dip the halves in almost-melted coconut oil, put them on a foil-lined baking sheet & sprinkle on salt & pepper. I then bake 'em in a 365 degree oven for 40 minutes, turning them over every 10 minutes. I'd like to truly "roast" them but I've read that coconut oil can't take the high heat? Anyway, this recipe has turned me from a hater to an absolute craver of Brussel sprouts!0

turkey bacon is a sin against nature1 -
I roast them with diced sweet potato drizzled in olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme2

Brussels sprouts love high heat so preheat your oven to about 500 or so. Halve the sprouts and toss in a tiny bit of olive oil with some sliced shallots, salt and pepper. Roast them for 15m or a bit longer until well browned on the outside. Splash them with a bit of balsamic vinegar while still very, very hot. Enjoy! I do this for a quick-prep lunch several days a week.2

I buy steamer bags and just steam them and have them plain or with a bit of salt. I've had them all dressed up, but just prefer them plain.0

I found a shredded brussels sprouts salad on Pinterest that I love! The salad consists of shredded brussels sprouts (some stores sell bags already shredded), shredded kale (sometimes I use a bag of mixed greens - kale, baby spinach, baby arugala, etc.), bacon/turkey bacon, chopped almonds, and finely grated pecorino. The dressing is made of olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt/pepper to taste. I think it's delicious!0

I only tried them once, but I split them and made them multiple ways. I loved them all but found frying them more convenient and they retain crispiness without being raw. Prepare a simple dressing (wholegrain mustard, olive oil, white vinegar, and a little bit of honey if you want), slice the sprouts slaw style (I used a shredding attachment on my food processor), add a little bit of olive oil and butter to a skillet, then stir fry the brussels hot for a couple of minutes, add the dressing, fry stirring around for one more minute, salt and pepper to taste, and done.0

I like them roasted with olive oil and Parmesan, with balsamic vinegar.
If you get bored they are also good sprinkled with garam masala (curry powder.)0 -
I love Brussels sprouts! I just cut them in half and toss with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, 2 slices of center cut bacon (chopped & raw), bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.0

Sautee in butter, olive oil, or bacon fat, then drizzle with pure grade B maple syrup. S&P.0

Roasted with a little olive oil and salt, maybe pepper, and apples and sweet potato or delicata squash. I grew up hating them and now they are one of my favorite foods!0
