I'm near powerlifters and cutting to amature bodybuilder. We have the strength: if we're ever at the same water park wanna switch carrying each other up every other set of stairs....we have the strength to squat the weight, just not the stamina.0 -
Of course they don't cancel each other out. I thought that was the whole point of a discussion, to gather facts from both sides and come to one's own conclusion. Not to just hear one side beat down anyone who says otherwise. But that seems to be the normal "discussion" on these forums. Please excuse my unejumucated input, I'll leave it to you professionals from now on.
I agree,to hear good and bad experiences about it.If it works or not.Not trying to attack someone just because he wants to try something new.If it works,good for him,if not,then you know not to try it again.I will only be adjusting the macros,how bad can that be?3 -
