    I drink hot coffee black, no cals (or at least so minimal not worth counting ).

    Iced coffee I like sugared and milked. I think it is best to use almond milk for lo cal options. I also second the idea of cutting back gradually. Measure smaller portions until you use none or at least enjoy it at a lower level of sugar and cream. You'll get there!

    I bought the single serve cups and it was actually nice to taste my coffee again :smiley:
