    You're always going to have weight fluctuation. That's just how the body works.

    You're never going to get to that weight in which you believe you'll finally get motivated, if you don't do something now. Start with small and easy changes. Create a foundation to build off of. Go for a short walk after dinner. Aim to eat one more serving of fruit and one of veggies than you currently do. Anything that puts you one step closer to your goal.
