@cjsacto You seem to have nailed this water challenge. As Autumn has arrived in the UK I'm finding it really hard to drink water from my bottle. I'm trying hot water but I'm just not doing it frequently enough. I will endeavour to find a way!

I'm afraid this loss isn't quite real but I'll do anything not to see 175 again.
@krea4 It's heated up here again and I spent 1-2 hours both Sat and Sun walking around outside for work. It's soooo dry it's impossible to feel properly hydrated. I think I've gotten into the habit of finally noticing I'm thirsty instead of ignoring it all day. I do have to force myself to drink first thing in the morning though.2 -
I'm soooooo bad I've had few bad things lately so not been tracking posting even doing water but I'm back know is anyone still doing this challenge or just starting I know it were for just 4 weeks and good to see everyone else been doing amazing xxx1

Hi! Glad you are back! I would like to continue. We can all see we have winners here. It has helped me with my water intake. It is so important to losing and just health.

@krea4 We don't have "squash" here but I think it's a little like an Italian soda? (Flavor syrup and sparkling water.)

@cjsacto - I love squash. Yes, it's a flavoured cordial (syrup) that you add water to. Most people in the UK add still water (just from the tap).2 -
Yeah I waited until late to drink a lot of it, since I could not get it all in earlier. Gee I was up like 3 times last night, Tee Hee. Hopefully today will be different. I now have a new incentive, lol. The cal/mag that I need to take causes stopping up with dehydration. Can't have that now, can we?? Weight loss would be slowed.

Old habits are hard to break. Today when I left work at almost 6pm, I realized I'd only drunk my tea and a few sips from my water.2 -

Maybe if I drank more each day, I would not be eating too much. I really need to start earlier and with this schedule I can do this!
I really can't drink much past dinner which is at 6pm! Wow 9:30, that would be a dream come true for me, lol.
