Hi everyone! This will be my first challenge. I'm doing this! I'll be at 6 lbs down by the end of September. Started July 31, 2017. I hope to be down 40lbs by my 32nd birthday! About 5 pounds each month is doable.

January goal - 175 (this would get me back to the weight I was summer 2011)

I did weigh less a few months ago but unfortunately I had an accident and was put on medication by my doctor and the meds made me gain over 40lbs back regardless of how much I ate clean and exercised, so even though I still posted these challenges, I didn't participate. However, I am now off be medication and back to full health so I'll be joining in on these challenges again and I will be losing those 40lbs again and the rest
Just under 100lbs to go for my goal weight and 10lbs to go to get myself back into onederland
Hope you all had a fab weekend and for those who are on the U.K. with me, I hope your having a fantastic bank holiday - but not overdoing it too much lol, let's not see all the hard work gone to waste x7 -

At the very top of the thread, to the right of the title, there's a little star. Click the star. When it turns yellow, it will appear in your bookmarks.
To post weights:
Option 1
I find the easiest thing to is keep a copy of the post in memo on phone or notepad on computer. Then copy and paste into the thread.
Option 2
Remember the page your last post was on, go to it and copy/paste or quote the text and add new data.
Option 3
Use the Search function, enter your user name in author section, search within last month. Click on most recent post with thread title, copy/paste or quote and add text.
Option 4
If you do not read or comment on other people's posts, the next time you visit this thread, it will automatically go to your last post. Then copy/paste or quote and add text.
