    everyone is different, I lost 32lbs in the first 3 months but I also had 95lbs to lose. I would buy a dress that fits you now and have it altered smaller than buy a smaller dress and it not fit the way you want it to fit. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

    From the end of May until now, so exactly 3 months, I dropped from 260 to 217.
