My morning walk with the dogs is becoming a morning walk/jog with the dogs. It feels kind of great!10

Energy, clothes that do not cling, and moving my car seat up two inches with plenty of room to spare.4

I think just feeling really capable physically. I live at the top of a hill and my friends and I "affectionately" call it the hill of doom because if they come to me via train they have to walk up it. While it's still quite doom-y it's not really a big deal anymore for me.7

Congrats!!! These are great!0

I bought a dress a year ago online and when it came I couldn't zip it up halfway. I wore it a few weeks ago for my husbands birthday and it fits perfect now.
My other one, after tearing my meniscus last Summer I couldn't do a lot of things but this month I'm running again and doing box jumps without pain.3 -
Mastering the weekend!!! Staying on plan with my diet!6

I was a firefighter for 7 years, and that came with a lot of strength training, but for the last 5 years I've been a 9-5 desk jockey, and have gotten super weak by comparison. I started strength training again 2 months ago, and my big victories the last couple weeks have come from putting up weight I can finally be proud of again. I'm not close to back where I was at my best before, but I'm at least back to a place I remember being before. Just deadlifting 225 again for the first time in years was immensely gratifying.5

There is a non-scale victory thread over in the Success Stories board, lots of good ones there. (Not that I'm saying we shouldn't post them here too...)
Anyway, posted this over there awhile back - it's my best NSV (so far):
My wife bought me a pair of jeans that I wore for the very first time a few days ago. She bought them 13 years (!) ago. The jeans were too small for me then and I refused to take them back or donate them over the years. I kept them because I wanted to wear them someday. Someday arrived!
I had to drop about 5 inches from my waist to get there and the first time I tried them, they not only fit, but fit comfortably.9 -
Getting on the air plane and being able to buckle my seatbelt without asking for a seatbelt extender!

Went hiking with my husband and dog this weekend and at one point the trail cut off so it was either climbing up a small cliff or walking in the water. We decided to climb up the cliff, so my husband goes up first and then reaches out his arm to help me up. He pulled me up so fast I didn't even know what happened, I fell right on top of him! We both started laughing because he said he didn't realize I was so light now!10

finally moving back to maintenance calories after being in a cut for a year7

Being a beast at playing soccer on the weekends2

Something simple. I'm starting to like what I see in the mirror. And it's better than avoiding it or being disgusted with what I saw for years.6

oh, i forgot about my cheesiest but biggest victory measure. My jeans! I'm a religious worshiper of Levis 501 jeans. Been wearing them for over a decade almost exclusively, so they're an excellent yardstick of my progress. At my largest, 2 months ago, I was in a 42x32. A month ago I folded up the 42s neatly and stacked them on the shelf, and stuck the size label back on the outside edge. Now i'm wearing 40x32 and the'yre getting baggy. I have 38x32 standing by and ready, crisp and clean. They're still a little too snug to wear, but super close. Can't wait to fold up the 40s, stick the label back on, and add them to the stack in the closet. I have no idea what size I'll get down to, i've never been really fit, but when I came out of basic training I was wearing a 34. I think I can get down to a 33 or 32 eventually.5

Being able to wrap a bath towel around myself and it actually covering everything!7

Same! Part of me snapping out of my bad eating habits was realising I could no longer cover more than my boobs, and now I could answer the door in a towel - without flashing a delivery person - if I had to1 -
After doing V-ups, got home and noticed I had a 2 horrible bruises (monkey butt). Wondered what changed because I've never had this issue, took my measurements and lost 2 inches on my butt. Saddest non scale victory.1

So far, logging everything for a straight 29 days. And finally not beating myself up when the scale went up a full 2lbs Sunday morning from Saturday morning. I had pizza & beer Saturday night while enjoying time with friends & the Mayweather/McGreggor fight. I know it's water weight, and based on my previous experience (I weigh daily) it'll take about 2 days to be gone again. I also realized this yesterday evening: my weight goes up consistently each Monday from Saturday morning, and that it's probably due to the fact that I drink a lot less water on weekends. So I need to work on that next weekend.2

Being able to go on vaca for a few days to see my son graduate from Basic Training for the Army and let myself enjoy, relax and I didn't track. In the past I have gotten obsessive about things, and then derail myself. Woke up today, and it's just another day, back on track. Life happens, and I intend to enjoy it!4

Running my first ever 5K this past weekend, and finishing it in under 40 minutes!!8

I've lost around 50lbs in a little over 4 months so I have a lot. At the beginning of April, I was slightly over 250lbs
Seeing people I haven't seen in a while and having them say, "OMG you look great!".
Putting on pants that were snug 3 weeks ago and discovering they are no longer snug
Having my husband call me "skinny".
I just bought 2 cardigans in a size medium. Not XXL. not XL. Not even L... MEDIUM.
I can cross my arms.

I think my favorite, even though it was several years ago, is when I tried on two pairs of skinny jeans in size 16 (I thought) and one fit, and one was baggy, and I was griping to my friend about how sizes are so crazy, and she pointed out the pair that fit was a 14. I'd previously worn 18 and was so used to always being size 22-24 for my entire life since teen years...so that made it extra cool.5

I'm working on it! Today is deadlift day at the gym, and I'm doing 240 10 sets of 3. gonna see how it goes.1 -
I just restarted my fitness regimen. Five weeks ago, I had to take a break after walking 2 mph for ten minutes. Now I can walk 3.2 mph for an hour without wanting to die/being in pain.4
