Wondering if anyone has changed drinking waters. I usually drink Aquafina or Dasani.... but just found out they low pH. (being acidic) Just wanting to learn about pH foods (and drink) and living in a PH balanced or alkaline balanced state.

I'm a tap water enthusiast, but if I HAVE to buy water, I like Fiji. I won't buy anything from Nestle, ever.

You're concerning yourself with something for nothing...it's a bunch of woo...
My fridge has a water filter...that's what I drink...and whatever is in the water coolers at work.34 -
Tap. We have a water cooler in my office, so that too.5
-
Tap. From a jug in the fridge in summer, from the tap in winter.
If out and about whatever is on offer or maybe even, the horror, a diet soda.7 -
Tap, with a Brita filter.5

Tap.1

Um... you do realise that your stomach is full of acid and generally likes to stay acidic? A tiny bit more acidic isn't going to make a difference...4

I use tap (well) water for my coffee and for baking/cooking/cleaning. I buy bottled spring water from Aldi to drink. I don't like the taste of our well water and while our new fridge has a filter system that gives nice tasting filtered water, there was an 'incident' with our old fridge years ago involving the water system and a very large ant's nest. To this day I cannot drink water from a fridge system (regardless of the fridge). Some things are just too traumatic7

Thanks... I also drink water out of my fridge (built in filter). I was just wondering. thanks for all the input.3

Tap. Bottled water is a waste of money.8

True statement.2 -
I prefer my water in the form of diet soda or coffee. If I do drink regular water, it comes from the tap unless I'm traveling.3

From time to time I filter my water through coffee grounds, grapes, potatoes, hops, barley, wheat, etc....
For medicinal purposes of course.27 -
Filtered tap water is fine for me. No sense in paying Coca-cola Co. or Pepsico to bottle tap water somewhere else and truck it to me in plastic bottles that I have to be recycle later.6
-
On-tap Brita filter. I consider myself fortunate to live in a first world country with plumbing. I refuse to haul water home.6

I've been using Juniper lately. Very medicinal.9 -
Tap at home through the refrigerator. At work, the grocery department gives us the cases that break and we can buy bottles for a quarter each so it depends on the brand (usually store brand, Nestle, or Ice Mountain).0

Changing subjects a bit... but seeing the posts concerning all the water bottle that are getting tossed.
Time for us to start looking at recycling

Tap (city water+ Brita, mostly - but some without Brita). Stainless steel water bottles travel with me for workouts and other outings where I have hydration needs but limited access.
The whole PH thing is woo. How likely is it that evolution designed us to require meticulously controlled eating/drinking?1 -
Bottled water is just expensive tap water. It's also an environmental nightmare. Tap water is often better because most municipalities have stringent controls on their water - except Flint, Michigan obviously - where no such controls are needed on bottled water. I drink water almost exclusively throughout the day. I keep it in the fridge so it's cold.3

mostly water from my well - or coffee, sweet tea or milk - I hate the idea of buying bottles of water but sometimes I do - Eastcoast Jim0
-
coffee, water, whiskey, and beer. Yep, that's pretty much what I drink.0
-
Tap water (London, England), coffee (mostly decaf) and decaf tea. I do buy small water bottles occasionally but reuse them loads - they just make a good, watertight receptacle to carry around and I also know how much I've had. Then I put them in our recycling service when they've cracked or whatever.3
-
Tap water and when out sparkling water I like San Pelligrino0
-
Tap water.....here in Winston-Salem, NC. Coffee (mostly Starbucks).1
-
The stomach's acid environment changes the water to any PH it wants. Time about 20 seconds.1
-
Mainly tea.0

Tap. Works for me. If I crave flavor, unsweet ice tea. I hate sweet tea, I love the light bitter of unsweetened tea. Coffee sometimes in the AM with 2 tbs hazelnut creamer. Hazelnut ice coffee from McD when my son works the morning shift at Lowes..which is rare because they love him down in lumber so prefer him on the night shift when they get the most customers.0

Tap water and I buy Smart Water if I am headed to the gym or just out and about.
Other than water, I drink only weak, decaf tea and Chamomile tea.0 -
Tap is just fine. Poland Spring for regular days, Smart Water for heavier workout days because I get awful cramps on days I go harder and am not properly hydrated.0
