What are your staple foods?

for my staples, I tend to keep dry goods on hand for snacking. Someone told me to focus on getting enough fiber and water in my diet, and so far it's really helping to keep me on track most days. Broccoli, carrots, raspberries, pumpkin seeds (raw unsalted), almonds, greek yogurt, skinless chicken breast, veggies, veggies, veggies. Blueberries and raspberries with a handful of almonds is my current favorite, but i switch it up and sometimes have pecan halves, cashews, whatever unsalted snack i can get my hands on. I dont eat a lot of salad, so i make do with all the other things i have listed. Quinoa, plain popcorn, strawberries, i even like to have a serving of Fiber One Crunchy honey cluster cereal once in a while with some milk. Figure out what you like that fits into your budget and eat that.0
