Holy batman! Either you are up late, up early or in a different part of the world (I am in Winston-Salem, NC). Or, and I prefer this option - you are really dedicated!
I have fully converted over from the Harris-Benedict original formula to the Mifflin modification now. Lots and lots of work done on that task. I really appreciate you and Si "challenging" (for lack of a better word....thus, the quote unquote) my contention of "a formula is a formula is a formula". I am finding some differences between the original and the modified.....which is interesting. And never a bad thing when you start - hopefully, anyway - closer to accurate. Anyway, always a good day when you learn something "more betterer"!
I appreciate the insight. And, mostly, your time. Hopefully lots and lots of people learned a bit.2 -
