What do you lose along with weight?

It's a shame that the boobs go.0

I lost 6 months of fun, social life travel and vacations and was an evil, hangry person. Then I realized it didn't have to be that way. Upped my calories to 1900 and I'm still losing very slowly, but it's much more pleasant than 1200. Also lost my bottle of wine per day habit.8

I lost so much beyond the physical stuff like dimples in my butt and my perky boobs (may they RIP) - I lost bad habits, self-consciousness, and an "i can't do this attitude".
Most importantly, I lost my bad trendline blood work - I was on the verge of being pre-diabetic and needing high cholesterol meds when the light bulb went off that I would need to change my diet. Now my company wants to use me as a poster child for establishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I lost a lot, but I gained way more than I lost :-)

Head. Really. My head shrunk. I've had to tighten the sizing band in my bike helmet twice.7

I, too, suffer from the disappearing tatas. But, I have also lost my inability to walk with my head held high. I can buy a good bra, but I can't fake self esteem!9

I went down a bra size. Used to be a 36C and now I'm a 34-36B. I also went down a shoe size. Had to throw out so many shoes and bras...2

-Feet shrunk
-Lost the ability to feel warm all the time (Less insulation = much easier to feel cold)
+Gained a lot of confidence
+Much easier to find clothes that fit and that I like
+Improved attitude/more happiness5 -
Ive lost crippling joint pain. And my feet are smaller.5

Amongst all these sad boob loss problems, mine was actually a good thing. I lost the sagginess of my boobs. I went form 36DD to 32DD which doesn't seem like much off a difference but it was actually quite a bit.
It was almost like at 36DD they were too heavy to hold up and now they're lookin good.
Along with my muffin top, that's probably the best thing to have gone.8 -

Not always a bad thing. I went from $60 bras to $5-10 bralettes!!!3 -
The shocker was shoe size.
Ring sizes, clothing sizes and bra sizes were less shocking.
Overall "volume" in terms of my fat rolls (back fat), side boob rolls, stomach, FUPA, and yes, boobs (in both band and cup). A nice fitting bra and some compression gear help with most of it. I like to joke that I went from a 50 H to a 34 long.
I also clearly lost my filter because I answer weight questions pretty honestly.7 -
Everyone loses weight a little differently, especially between men and women. My wife went down a cup size just losing 10-15 lbs when she started really getting into running in college and that was kinda just about it. Ex-wife of a friend of mine lost a bunch of weight and it all came from her midsection and back/shoulders such that she actually went down in band size but up in cup-size (and subsequently complained about shopping for the expensive bras others have mentioned). That same friend loses from his rear, legs and chest first, keeping his gut and roundish face. On the other hand, I visibly get slimmer in my torso and face first before anything else, frustratingly always have carried more fat on my chest than desirable; ~14% body fat but far more traces of flabby man-boobs than I should like. Biggest thing I remember losing those is my "winter coat". I grew up as a chunky kid, lost about 30 lbs (6'1" ~205lbs down to 165lbs) the summer/fall senior year of high school, and that winter I was cold ALL THE TIME. Never going back though, honestly one of the best things that ever happened to me.5
