Pretty much everything else just got more narrow. I went down an entire ring size which was kind of surprising because I'd previously worn the same size ring for 20 years. I always had weirdly small feet so they stayed the same. But sometimes my ankles/feet would swell in summertime when I was very obese, and now that never happens unless I have an injury.
This is awesome

Negativity - happier person
Smaller everywhere - shrunk in width
Boobs Smaller back size but cups the same but looks smaller
Ring size was a surprising one& watch strap
Gained - self confidence and a healthier body5 -
I've lost 78lbs and haven't lost my boobs lol I started at a 40c and I'm still a c it's pretty common to lost a few cup sizes but you may not.2

I lost 63 pounds, my snoring (so awesome!), some of my boobs (I went from a 38DD to a 32C), a double chin, a giant belly, and several ring sizes. My butt looks about the same size, even though the measuring tape begs to differ. I gained a waist, a lot more energy, and a ton of confidence!

Your genetics are going to determine what you lose how you lose it and when you lose it. There is no such thing as spot reduction that's a total myth. I'll give you my perspective. I'm a 57 year old male 6 ft 4 in. I basically lost it in my stomach chest and midsection.
I went from a 48 inch chest to a 42 inch chest. My waist went from about a 48 to approximately 35.
Weight loss does have some cons. You're going to have to spend money to rebuild your wardrobe, guys are going to notice you more maybe do cat calls, some people are going to demean your weight loss just to make themselves feel better. Remember you have to do this for yourself and not for anybody else.
The trick is to embrace the loss and just realize everybody is different.8 -
I lost my bad skin. Eating a better diet got rid of my cystic acne. I also lost my high blood pressure and elevated A1c.8

Shoe size, boobs, I got narrower overall, chub rub, $60 bras (smaller breasts definitely have a financial advantage!), constant heart burn, bad posture (less weight + stronger core).3

I lost my insecurities tied to most parts of my body. I don't have to dress strategically anymore. I fit into loads more trendy clothing. I can wear knee and thigh high boots now. I don't have to change my outfit 10 times before I leave the house bc I feel fat. Lost that double chin and chipmunk cheeks. I wear less makeup or none at all bc I don't have a lot I have to chisel out or over compensate for anymore. I can chase after my niece and nephew even after they get out of breath! I lost lethargy and improved my gut health. Gained a little strength and lung capacity.
BUT I did lose the boobs and my skin doesn't look so great with the stretchmarks not filled out anymore in that area. I just found out a few days ago I dropped yet another bra size and it has been messing with my head. Like someone else said it's hard not being part of the big boobs club anymore after I was a part of it for all of my adult life. I don't remember exactly my old band size but I think it was 38-40 DD to a 36- C. It's a shallow thing to be upset over but I should point out that was the only aspect of my body I used to be proud of. But now I have a better body overall and slimmer face. The boobs are the ONLY area of concern and it's probably something that's just in my own head. So loss of most insecurities for only one gained I think is still a good trade off if you ask me.9 -
Boobs, always boobs. Would be nice if my gut disappeared just as fast.4

It's a shame that the boobs go.0

I lost 6 months of fun, social life travel and vacations and was an evil, hangry person. Then I realized it didn't have to be that way. Upped my calories to 1900 and I'm still losing very slowly, but it's much more pleasant than 1200. Also lost my bottle of wine per day habit.8

I lost so much beyond the physical stuff like dimples in my butt and my perky boobs (may they RIP) - I lost bad habits, self-consciousness, and an "i can't do this attitude".
Most importantly, I lost my bad trendline blood work - I was on the verge of being pre-diabetic and needing high cholesterol meds when the light bulb went off that I would need to change my diet. Now my company wants to use me as a poster child for establishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I lost a lot, but I gained way more than I lost :-)

Head. Really. My head shrunk. I've had to tighten the sizing band in my bike helmet twice.7

I, too, suffer from the disappearing tatas. But, I have also lost my inability to walk with my head held high. I can buy a good bra, but I can't fake self esteem!9

I went down a bra size. Used to be a 36C and now I'm a 34-36B. I also went down a shoe size. Had to throw out so many shoes and bras...2

-Feet shrunk
-Lost the ability to feel warm all the time (Less insulation = much easier to feel cold)
+Gained a lot of confidence
+Much easier to find clothes that fit and that I like
+Improved attitude/more happiness5 -
Ive lost crippling joint pain. And my feet are smaller.5

Amongst all these sad boob loss problems, mine was actually a good thing. I lost the sagginess of my boobs. I went form 36DD to 32DD which doesn't seem like much off a difference but it was actually quite a bit.
It was almost like at 36DD they were too heavy to hold up and now they're lookin good.
Along with my muffin top, that's probably the best thing to have gone.8 -

Not always a bad thing. I went from $60 bras to $5-10 bralettes!!!3 -
The shocker was shoe size.
Ring sizes, clothing sizes and bra sizes were less shocking.
Overall "volume" in terms of my fat rolls (back fat), side boob rolls, stomach, FUPA, and yes, boobs (in both band and cup). A nice fitting bra and some compression gear help with most of it. I like to joke that I went from a 50 H to a 34 long.
I also clearly lost my filter because I answer weight questions pretty honestly.7
