My shoe size is also smaller. My bar siE has changed greatly with only 20 pounds. I went from a 44c to a 40 b. Bras are expensive to change over but so important. I shop a local resale shop so I can always have clothes that fit. My whole body is getting smaller but the bars have been the biggest problem.2

I went paleo / keto and I noticed that my body fat is less - all over - and the type of fat I do have is different. less cellulite / dimples in my skin. I did lose weight very slowly to help me with sagging skin and puckering. I do have loose skin on my neck and that is "ASF".5

I lost my boobs. I'll never forget the day I took my bra off in front of my boyfriend and he started humming the funeral march then said "RIP boobies, you will be missed"! Sure, it was hilarious, but still, sad times No longer having to buy bras from the specialist 'busty ladies' section is certainly making underwear purchases cheaper though! You win some, you lose some28

if you really need to lose weight, then there aren't really any cons are there? loose skin seems to bug most people, and my a*se is decidedly boney now.! ... don't look for reasons not to lose it, just look at the positives when you have lost it.8

Boobs, butt, cellulite, saddlebags. Obviously not all cons.7

bras - so tired of replacing those...I've gone from a 34D to a 30F...not cheap, but not totally a bad thing either...
Did not lose anything in the shoulders, in fact, my shoulders appear to be getting bigger, not smaller...I'm sure that's from the weight lifting...
Butt is smaller, but also higher, so it actually creates an optical illusion of being bigger and rounder even though the measuring tape says smaller...
These are all things I can totally live with!!!7 -
I can say i gained instead of loosing. I now can see my (hum hum) feet without looking at the mirror.4

I lost my avoidance of mirrors and hatred of photographs. I lost the helplessness I used to feel when one of my kids darted off and I was unable to catch them. I lost my reliance on the men in my life to pick up all the heavy things. I also lost my patience in listening to people complain about things that are within their ability to control (guess you could call that one a con).
Physically, I did lose my boobs, which I thought was a goal until it happened. When I started I was a 38HH (UK) and now I'm a 32E (still sounds big, I promise it's not! Just need a cup big enough to smash them all in the same place XD). I never expected it to be a con for me because i lived so long hating not being able to wear button downs and back pain. I certainly wouldn't trade my improved health to get them back, but it is worth noting because it actually took me much longer to adjust to not identifying as a large chested woman than I thought it would. I lost my back rolls, cellulite, and sleep apnea. My feet had a lot of fat on them apparently and while I didn't go down a shoe size I went from a 10W to a straight 10 which makes it MUCH easier to find shoes. I lost my double chin (yay!) but it was replaced with a turkey neck (danggit). My butt went flat at first but it's perking up nicely now that I've toned down the cardio and am doing more resistance work.
Personally the biggest com I've run into is that people talk to me all the time now. I'm no good at small talk and have always been happy to be ignored but I guess I've lost my RBF that held everyone at bay. But it forces me out of my comfort zone and into personal growth so I guess that's a good thing even if it is unpleasant.16 -
It totally depends on the person. You can control it a bit with how much muscle you retain, but it's mostly going to to come down to genetics. We are all different.3

I lost like 99.9% of my MAJOR back fat - which was awesome. Did not lose my butt or boobs, even after losing 130 lb. I am happy about this. I did lose many bra band sizes but only one cup size and I swear a lot of that was the back fat I mentioned.
Pretty much everything else just got more narrow. I went down an entire ring size which was kind of surprising because I'd previously worn the same size ring for 20 years. I always had weirdly small feet so they stayed the same. But sometimes my ankles/feet would swell in summertime when I was very obese, and now that never happens unless I have an injury.10 -
I hope it will help my sleep apnea3
