Finally back!

I'm back after a year off. Health problems kept me from much activity and the 70 Lbs I'd love some motivation. Working out with rheumatoid arthritis and bilateral pulmonary embolism so anybody that has low impact exercises besides waking let me know please.

    Hydrotherapy might be an option.
    Water is non weight bearing.
    So aquarobics, or a gentle hydro exercise program could be beneficial.
