You can and should eat a good range of foods that cover all the food bases and reach your calorie goal7

C'mon. Your other thread was similar to this.
Eat much more, the absolute minimum this app will give a woman is 1200.
Eat at least that much - in any combo of food that you want.

you can, but probably not the wisest choice long term for a healthy body and long term sustainability0

You need to eat a lot more than 700 calories in a day. What you're describing is called an eating disorder - I can't imagine you'd find any support for that here.8
-
You didn't get to the point of needing to lose 30kg not being able to eat more than 700 calories.12

When you put your stats into MFP and tell it you want to lose 1.5 pounds per week, how many calories does it give you? Eat that amount per day. Space your meals out and/or eat calorie dense foods until you get over a child's size portion of calories making you feel stuffed.2

No no no you can't do that! 700 calories is a Very Low Calorie Diet and is extremely unsafe! And where did you get that food plan? It sounds like a normal breakfast, not a daily menu.4 -
According to your profile, you are male. You need to eat at least 1500 calories for the sake of your health.5

Half your stats claim you're male and half your posts say you're female.
I am still waiting for you to respond to my question in your other thread as to your current gender or state of transition so that we can best determine your minimum calories.
Your height and age and current weight would help too!

You can eat whatever you want to eat. It's your body. Will you lose weight? Possibly, but when you start eating normally you will probably gain it back and then some2
-
You can do whatever you want with your body. Why would an adult ask a bunch of strangers what they can and can't do??
You didn't ask for opinions or if it was healthy. You asked if you can right?3 -

I m female...35 age..height is 5.2 and weight is172 pounds...
Well, you may want to start a new MFP profile to correct this. This will also give you an opportunity to go through the guided setup. And to read the stickied posts which will answer your question about your food choice.
In fact I can guarantee you that if you read the stickies in full you will no longer be wondering about your day's menu.3 -

You do whatever you want. If you only eat 700 calories you will lose weight. You risk damaging your healthand being malnourished. You will probably not learn how to maintain a healthy weight and regain.
You could just lose weight eating normal food for you with a reasonable calorie goal above 1200 calories. You can eat more protein, fruits and vegetables.0 -

C'mon. You know better than that. Read the most helpful posts- It's clear you still haven't. Stop trying to find that mythical quick fix; it does not exist.4 -
1. Update your profile and goals with accurate information to get a legitimate calorie goal.
2. Start logging and eat all your calories
3. Stop looking for tricks, magical foods, and quick fixes.
4. Consider talking to a registered dietician or therapist about your relationship with food.1 -
Come on! You ask a ridiculous question every day. Why not FINALLY do what people advise you to do? And go see your doctor to discuss your thoughts about food you seem to be having.2

Alright, folks. This thread has been locked for a couple of reasons.
1. We don't allow the promotion of VLCDs (very low calorie diets), since these can cause harm to your health, including things like muscle damage, hair loss, sallow skin and other unpleasantness. MFP wants to help you to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable manner.
2. If you don't like another poster or a question in a thread, you're not required to enter said discussion and complain and/or call out the other poster. Doing so stirs up drama and causes me to put my cranky-pants on and wade in with my mod-wand. Trust me, you don't want me doing that when I'm cranky. You do have the capacity to move on without posting and/or attacking other users. I believe in you.
