    Via what I understand concerning keto's that it isn't a fad diet as many use it as, just to gain a higher than normal weight riddance reading upon the scale! While unfortunately believing that their miraculous weight riddance was all fat, when it's mainly water instead!

    Going to a fast food place and being in the drive thru line forever, then told at the drive up window to please pull up & wait....i could have went in, used their bathroom , ordered my food at the counter, fixed my own soda, and still be out in 1/2 that time......
